Caravan Rules
1: The Caravan is non smoking, if you are a smoker we ask you politely to smoke outside the caravan, there is a clean ashtray under the sink for you to use. Please make sure all cigarettes are fully extinguished before discarding them into a bin.
2: Dogs. maximum 2 dogs per stay and all dogs must be kept under control at all times, also please pick up your dog mess.
3: it is your responsibility that the caravan inside is kept clean and tidy and any breakages are reported to us so we can get these items replaced for the next occupier. We accept certain breakages or damage can occur and except this but if the TV is damaged or a window gets smashed then it will be your responsibility to get this repaired or replaced. If the caravan is left in a terrible mess or damage/items broken then we will not refund your deposit to cover the costs.
4: Please keep the area outside the caravan tidy and free from rubbish and please do not leave rubbish bags outside the caravan door as this is a fire hazard there are large metal bins by the launderette for you to put your rubbish into.
